Every sentence, the page design and the small graphics of random-video-chat.live were produced for this site. If you are convinced that some part of it copies a work you hold rights in, send a notice and it gets checked promptly. Pictures and words shown on partner services are stored elsewhere; those services are the right place for complaints about them.

1. What the request should hold

Use the contact form, select the copyright topic and give us:

  1. an identification of the protected work that lets us recognise it;
  2. the exact URL on this site where the disputed material can be seen;
  3. your full name together with contact details we can use, preferably email;
  4. a declaration of your good faith belief that neither the rights holder, nor an agent of the rights holder, nor the law has permitted the use you complain about;
  5. a declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that your request is correct in every point and that you either own the affected rights or carry a mandate from their owner;
  6. a physical or electronic signature, for which typing your complete name will do.

2. How a request is handled

Once a request is complete, it moves to the front of the queue. Where it proves justified, the passage in question is removed or rewritten and you receive a brief note saying so. Requests with gaps get a follow-up question before anything is changed.

3. Counter-notice

Whoever had material removed and regards the removal as an error may push back with a counter-notice through the contact form as well. Such a reply names the removed item and its former URL, states under penalty of perjury a good faith belief that the takedown resulted from a mistake or a wrong identification, lists name and contact details, and accepts the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the place where the sender resides.

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), lying on purpose in either document can make the sender pay for the harm it causes.
