The following terms are attached to random-video-chat.live like a tag to a parcel. Whoever answers the age label with yes and reads on agrees to them; whoever disagrees should close this tab.
1. Age
Using the site requires an age of at least 18 years and the legal age for adult material at your current location. Opening it from a place that prohibits such material is not permitted. A list of countries is refused at the edge with status 451, and in further regions the partner site may run its own age verification after Start.
2. A guide, not a chat operator
random-video-chat.live is an independent guide. The live cams behind Start belong to an outside partner site; this site neither operates it nor knows or steers whom you meet there. Once you continue, the partner's terms apply in addition, and you accept them with the provider directly.
3. Commissions from partner links
Start, the button in the shipping label and some further links count as partner links. When a visitor buys something after following such a link, the provider may pay random-video-chat.live a commission; the visitor's price is not affected. Search engines see these links marked as sponsored, and the guide describes every service the same way whether money is involved or not.
4. Behaviour toward others
Take part only with adults who are fine with what is going on. Never capture or forward another person's picture without consent, never threaten, abuse or deceive anyone, and respect both the provider's rules and the law that applies to you. Anything that involves minors is passed on to the authorities.
5. Limits of what the guide can do
Each section is written and reviewed by a person; still, the guide is general information and cannot replace legal, medical or security advice for a particular situation. Everything here comes as it is, without warranties of any kind. Liability of the operator for harm caused by using the site, by linked services or by encounters with other people is excluded as far as the applicable law permits.
6. Ownership of the content
Text, design and graphics are this site's own. Quoting a few lines and linking back is fine; reproducing complete sections is not. Rights matters are handled under our Copyright Policy.
7. New versions and questions
Whenever these terms change, the date under the heading moves forward, and that dated wording is binding. Point your questions to the contact form; matters of personal data are covered by the Privacy Notice.
